Elimination method: Pour cement slurry into the hopper, and start the pump positive and reverse repeatedly to force the channel to open. If this method does not dare, it can only be manually removed, removed the connected pipe, remove the valve debris.
2. Plugging at the feed port
The feed port is blocked, usually the pumping action and hydraulic system are normal, no abnormal sound and vibration, there is a large aggregate or caking in the hopper, stuck or arch at the feed port.
Elimination method: make the pump run in reverse to destroy the caking, make the concrete back to the hopper for re-mixing, and then forward pumping. If it does not work, it needs to be manually cleaned and eliminated.
3. The concrete conveying pipeline is blocked
When the conveying pressure gradually increases, and the hopper level does not fall, the pipe outlet does not discharge, the pump vibration, the pipeline is also accompanied by strong vibration and displacement, can be determined to be blocked pipeline.
The judgment of the blocking position: the blocking generally occurs in the bend pipe, cone pipe, and the vibration section. At this time, a small hammer can be used to beat along the pipeline, the sound of the dull place is blocked; The sound is normal where it is clear. With the ear, there is a rustle for normal, there is a harsh sound for the blockage.
4. The pipe valve is blocked
The blockage at the valve is gradually formed, and the main reason is that after pumping the concrete, the concrete is not washed with high pressure water in time, which causes the concrete to remain in the pipe, gradually thickened over time, accumulated and consolidated, causing the blockage. Elimination method: After the end of pumping concrete, be sure to use high pressure water to clean the pump body and S pipe
. When washing is ineffective, it can be brazed to remove the residue until it is completely clean.
Elimination method: When the blockage occurs, the method of positive and reverse pump should be taken immediately, and the concrete at the pump outlet should be sucked back to the hopper to mix again and then transported. Can also be used wood hammer knock method, combined with positive and reverse pump, make it dredge; When the above measures are ineffective, it indicates that the blockage is serious.
After identifying the blocked section, remove the pipe, blow it with high pressure wind or hammer, or rinse it with high pressure water. After it is thoroughly cleaned up, connect the pipe and continue to pump concrete.
