    1. Our products adopt imported high strength steel plate, whose yield strength is above 900MPa, and it is nearly three times of the general steel plate. The steel plates we used in our arm have been 100% nondestructive tested.

    2. State switching protection: When the transmission shaft rotates, the pumping and driving state can’t be switched.

    3. Gear protection: The motor must hang five gears when pumping(chassis matched).When hanging the wrong gear, the motor can’t speed into the working state.

    4. Motor overspeed protection: To protect the main oil pump from damage, our CPU set soft limitation, so the speed of our motor won’t exceed the maximum operating speed.

    5. Our products have various functions, such as GPS positioning, intelligent monitoring system, real-time monitoring of working conditions, sound-light alarm, fault self-diagnosis system and mechanical, electrical and hydraulic safety facilities.

    6. Unique technology: Our products are equipped with proprietary return sleeves to prevent backflow. When maintaining equipment, we don’t need to pump hydraulic oil, so it saves time and reduces secondary pollution sources.

    7. Our products have first-rate pumping unit, and no accumulation would be left in the hopper, so the suction efficiency have been increased more than 8%.

    8. Our products have anti-pump function, which can quickly remove clogging and makes it convenient to clean hopper.

    9. Our pipes adopt imported wear-resistant material, so their life have reached the advanced level of truck-mounted arm pump in the world.
