As far as the vertical pipe is concerned, the upper bend of the riser must be handled with the head up, and the anti-segregation device must be installed at the outlet position, which can prevent the pipe blocking.
In addition, in the high-rise pumping process, usually the length of the horizontal line must be 15% larger than the vertical line length, and the line stop valve must be connected to the horizontal line. If the shutdown time is more than five minutes, it is necessary to close the stop valve in time to avoid concrete backflow and reverse pressure, causing tube blocking.
