1. In individual positions, the boom can not be opened or moved, possible reasons:
▶ Hydraulic system pressure is not enough
▶ There are other abnormal excess loads on the boom
▶ Solenoid valve blocked or solenoid valve burned out
The solution:
▶ If the maximum pressure indicator value of the valve does not reach the value when the boom is working, check whether the maximum pressure valve is not properly adjusted. If this still can not eliminate the fault, it indicates that the hydraulic pump is damaged, the hydraulic pump should be replaced; The excess load is no longer applied to the boom.
▶ If the boom still does not work properly after the above inspection, the command valve of the single control boom must be checked to see if it works properly.
2. Possible reasons for excessive vibration of boom extension or lifting:
▶ Abnormal connection gap
▶ Between the pin and the fixed seat at each connection
▶ Between the fixed part and the rotating part of the thrust bearing
▶ Bolt release of thrust bearing
Solution: Replace the damaged parts, and ensure the frequency of lubrication of the moving pair, replace the thrust bearing, tighten, tighten or replace the bolt according to the regulations.3. The boom stops too slowly after rotation, possible reasons:
▶ The valve block is blocked due to dirt
▶ The fixing of pump is not level
▶ Brake disc wear
▶ Brake spring deformation
Solution: Clean or replace the valve block, lift the leg, keep the pump car level, replace the brake disc, replace the brake spring.
4. The boom cannot be locked under load:, possible cause
▶ Lock valve block is not adjusted well, valve block is dirty or damaged
▶ Leakage in hydraulic cylinder
▶ Adjust or clean, replace the valve block, replace the seal, check whether the tubing is damaged.5. Pin shaft can not be lubricated, possible reasons:
▶ Lubricating oil nozzle is blocked or damaged
▶ The lubrication pipe is blocked due to dirt
Solution: Replace the lubricating oil nozzle, remove the pin, and check the reasons for pipeline obstruction and wear and clearance. Note: This condition may cause the pin to bite, the pin to rotate with the boom, the pin plate to be damaged, etc. There are two ways to remove the pin:
▶ Grease the nozzle and the connecting part into the pin, and then take out
* Add grease to the pin, still can not be removed, then use the heating method to remove, so that the pin and sleeve must be replaced.
