In order to ensure that the concrete pump truck can reach the specified technical state when working, reduce maintenance costs, improve the reliability and life of the use of the maintenance procedures must be carefully implemented. In order to ensure the safety of the concrete pump truck operation and avoid causing personal or equipment accidents, the following safety operating procedures must be strictly observed.


(1) The concrete pump should be placed on a flat and solid ground, and the site should be as far away from obstacles such as high-voltage lines as possible. After lowering the legs and adjusting them, the fuselage should be kept level and stable, and the tires should be wedded.


(2) The horizontal pumping pipeline should be laid in a straight line; The vertical pumping pipe shall not be directly installed on the pump outlet, and a horizontal pipe with a length of not less than 20 m shall be installed at the front end of the vertical pipe, and a check valve shall be installed near the pump of the horizontal pipe. When a downward inclined pipeline is installed, a horizontal pipe should be installed on the outlet, and its length should not be less than 5 times the height difference of the inclined pipe. When the inclination is large, the exhaust valve should be installed at the upper end of the slope; The pumping pipe should be supported and fixed, and a wooden cushion should be set between the pipe and the fixed material as a buffer, and it should not be directly connected with the steel bar or the template, and the pipe should be connected firmly. Pipe joints and clamps should be fastened and sealed without leakage; Do not install the worn pipe in the high pressure area at the back end; Pressure test should be carried out after laying the pump pipeline.


(3) The particle size of sand, cement grade and mix ratio should be in accordance with the factory regulations to meet the requirements of pump pumpability. Before operation, check and confirm that the bolts of all parts of the pump are fastened, the appropriate pump accessories are selected, the protective devices are complete and reliable, the control switches, adjusting handles, handwheels, control rods, and cocks of all parts are in the correct position, the hydraulic system is normal and has no leakage, the hydraulic oil meets the regulations, there is no debris in the mixing bucket, and the protection grid above is intact and tightly covered. The wall thickness of the conveying pipeline should match the pumping pressure, and high-quality pipes should be selected near the pump. Pipe joints, seals and elbows should be intact. Under high temperature and scorching sun, wet sacks or wet grass bags should be used to cover the pipeline, and should be watered in time to cool down, and insulation measures should be taken in cold season. Should be equipped with cleaning pipe, cleaning supplies, ball catcher and related devices. Before opening the pump, unrelated personnel should leave the area around the pipe.


(4) Check before operation: the power switch of the operating station should be located in the "off" position; The concrete displacement handle and the reversing handle of the mixing device should be located in the middle position. The concrete pump truck should be placed horizontally, and the supporting ground should be flat and solid to ensure that it does not sink during the working process. The legs can support the whole machine stably and reliably, and can be reliably locked. When the boom is extended or withdrawn from the folded state, it must be carried out in the specified order. The turning operation of the boom must be carried out after the boom is completely removed from the boom bracket. When in a stormy state or when the wind reaches level 8 or above (wind speed 16 ~ 17 m/s), the boom shall not be used. Boom must not be used for lifting operations.


(5) After starting, it should run without load, observe the indicating value of each instrument, check the operation of the pump and mixing device, and confirm that everything is normal before operation. Before pumping, 10 L of clean water and 0.3 m3 of cement mortar should be added to the hopper to lubrize the pump and pipeline.


(6) In pumping operations, the concrete plane in the hopper should be kept above the axis of the mixing shaft. The hopper grid shall not be filled with concrete, the feed flow shall be controlled, the excess particle size aggregate and foreign matter shall be removed in time, and the grid shall not be moved at will.


(7) When the concrete entering the hopper has segregation phenomenon, the pump should be stopped, and then pumped after mixing evenly. When the aggregate separation is serious and the slurry in the hopper is obviously insufficient, part of the aggregate should be removed and the mortar should be added to re-stir. When starting or stopping pumping during pumping operations, contact the operator at the end hose; The bending radius of the end hose shall not be less than 1 m, and it shall not be bent. Before disassembling the blocked pipe, reverse pump 2 to 3 times, and then disassemble after confirming that there is no remaining pressure in the pipe.


(8) Pumping concrete should be continuous operation; When forced to suspend due to supply interruption, the downtime shall not exceed 30 min. The suspension time should be every 5 to 10 minutes (winter 3 to 5 minutes) for 2 to 3 strokes of reverse pumping - positive pump movement, and the feed should be stirred before pumping again. When the pump stop time exceeds the limit, the pipeline should be emptied. When pumping again after the vertical upward pumping is interrupted, the reverse push should be carried out first, so that the concrete in the distribution valve is sucked back into the hopper, and then pumped forward after mixing. When the pump is running, it is forbidden to put the hand or spade into the hopper or grasp the distributing valve with the hand. When working on the hopper or distribution valve, the motor should be turned off and the accumulator pressure should be eliminated. Do not adjust the hydraulic system pressure at will. When the oil temperature exceeds 70 ° C, the pumping should be stopped, but the stirring blades and fans should still be operated, and then continue to run after cooling. The water tank should be full of clean water, and when the water quality is cloudy and there are more sand particles, it should be checked and treated in time.


(9) When pumping, do not open any transmission pipeline and hydraulic pipeline; Do not adjust or repair working parts. During the operation, the pumping equipment and pipelines should be observed and hidden dangers should be dealt with in time. The pipes, clamps, seals, etc. that wear more than specified should be replaced in time. Pipe blockage should be prevented, pumped concrete should be mixed evenly to control slump; Do not stop the pump in the middle of the pumping process. When the pipe is blocked, the reverse pump operation should be carried out to make the concrete return to the hopper; When the reverse pump can not eliminate the blockage for several times, the pipe should be removed to remove the blockage when the pump is unloaded.


(10) After the operation, all the concrete in the hopper and pipeline should be output, and then the pump, hopper, pipeline, etc., should be washed. When the compressed air is used to flush the pipeline, the intake valve should not be opened immediately, and the intake valve can be opened to a larger size only when the concrete is successfully discharged. No one is allowed to stand within 10 m in front of the outlet end of the pipeline, and the cleaning ball and sand particles rushed out should be collected by metal net baskets. The solidified concrete should be removed with a scraper. After operation, both pistons should be turned to the cleaning chamber position and coated with lubricating oil. All parts of the control switch, adjusting handle, hand wheel, control rod, cock, etc. should be reset. Hydraulic system should be unloaded. After operation, the boom should be completely recovered on the boom bracket; The leg should also be fully retracted and the locking pin inserted. The power switch of the console should be in the "off" position. The accumulator can only be injected into nitrogen, not into oxygen, hydrogen and other flammable and explosive dangerous gases.


(11) There are a series of emergency shutdown buttons on the concrete pump, which are respectively arranged on the leg control valve, wired and wireless remote control system and control box. If there is an emergency, just press one of the emergency shutdown connections or the machine can be shut down. If the emergency shutdown button fails, the machine cannot be shut down quickly in the event of sudden danger. Therefore, the function of the emergency close button must be checked before starting work each time. When the emergency close button is pressed, the electric system of the machine is cut off, resulting in the closure of the solenoid valve. If the hydraulic system produces leakage, it will cause fault phenomena such as the sinking of the cloth rod, which can not be solved by pressing the emergency close button.
