FAIRMONT Upscale Hotel Apartment project has a unique shape design, which perfectly combines the local natural and cultural landscape of Dubai - palm tree shape. It is the first super high-rise building in Dubai with the shape of palm tree trunk. The overall shape of the project is irregular geometry, which also puts forward stricter requirements for project construction.
