1 The pump truck needs to be parked on a hard flat construction site, and the legs need to be reinforced with wooden planks when they are spread out. Then raise the legs to lift the wheels horizontally off the ground.
2 Pay attention to observe the indicator of each instrument, if found that the indicator is not normal, timely reverse pump to let the material back to the hopper, clean the pump pipe. Then stop and eliminate in time, troubleshooting can continue to work pouring.
3 Pay attention to often check the quality of lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, coolant, brake fluid and fuel oil (water) of the concrete pump truck, and pay attention to check the tightness of the whole machine, the inspection found that the lack of oil and water is too much or too little, should analyze the reason.
4 At the end of the run-in period, the machine should be forced to maintain, do a good job of inspection and adjustment, and pay attention to the replacement of hydraulic oil.
