5, the reasons of concrete raw materials, including the mix ratio, aggregate particle shape, etc., generally speaking, the resistance of artificial aggregate is larger than that of natural aggregate, too many elongated particles or the aggregate Angle is too large, the sand modulus is too large, and the grading is not good, which causes the pumping resistance to increase.
6, the effect of admixtures, in order to increase the pumpability of pumped concrete, it is generally required to add plasticizers to increase the collapse of the mix without separation, and control the water secretion of the mix.
7, the impact of the mix ratio, the proportion of each material component is not appropriate, insufficient mixing time, etc., the on-site collapse loss is too large, may also lead to pumping difficulties.
