The wrong connection of concrete towing pump pipe can easily lead to pipe blocking. The following principles should be followed when taking over the pipe: the pipe should be arranged according to the shortest distance, the least elbow and the largest elbow to distribute the pipe, minimize the transmission resistance, and reduce the possibility of blocking the pipe.
Pump outlet conical pipe, not directly connected to the bend pipe, at least should be connected to more than 5mm straight pipe, then connected to the bend pipe.
When pumping the pipe halfway, only one can be added each time, and water should be used to lubricate the inner wall of the pipe and exhaust the air, otherwise it is easy to cause tube blocking. Vertical down the pipeline, the outlet should be equipped with a fortification segregation device to prevent pipe blocking.
When high-rise pumping, the length of the horizontal pipe should generally be not less than 15% of the length of the vertical pipe, and the pipe stop valve should be connected in the horizontal pipe. When the shutdown time exceeds 5 minutes, the stop valve should be closed to prevent concrete backflow, resulting in pipe blocking. When the pipe is bent at 90° from horizontal to vertical, the bending radius should be greater than 500mm.
