400-088-0573Concrete pump trucks in today's construction sites or new rural construction has become the main construction tools, the demand for pump trucks is also growing, it is normal to have problems, then to see what problems!
1, the cylinder piston does not move possible reasons analysis:
▶▶ The pump start button cable is off.
▶▶ Intermediate relay is burnt out.
▶▶ Electromagnetic reversing valve failure, generally for the electromagnet burned out.
▶▶Ⅰ Main pump displacement adjustment knob is improperly adjusted.
▶▶ Too little hydraulic oil in the tank.
▶▶ Filter element is seriously blocked.
▶▶ Control oil choke blocked.
2, the main cylinder does not reverse, possible cause analysis:
▶▶ Solenoid reversing valve electromagnet burned out.
▶▶ Near the bottom of the switch is stuck by grease or other objects, causing short circuit. Clear bottom of switch.
▶▶ Two proximity switches are misaligned. Switch the positions of the two switches.
▶▶ Check valve pressure switch burned out.
▶▶ Relay is burnt out.
3, the main cylinder piston running slowly weak, possible reasons analysis:
▶▶ Master cylinder check valve is damaged.
▶▶ Improper adjustment of the main pump displacement adjustment knob.
▶▶ Insufficient control oil pressure. Complete re-commissioning of the control system.
▶▶ Filter block or insufficient oil pressure.
▶▶ Control oil circuit throttling blockage.
▶▶ Electromagnetic directional valve failure, the spool can not move in place.
▶▶ When high-rise pumping, the oil filling operation is not carried out in time, the hydraulic oil of the main cylinder sealing chamber is reduced, and the stroke is shortened.
4, conveying pipe discharge is insufficient, possible cause analysis:
▶▶ Concrete piston wear is serious.
▶▶ The gap between the eye plate and the cutting ring is too large.
▶▶ The concrete material is too poor, resulting in poor suction performance.
▶▶S tube is partially blocked.
5, pumping without stopping, possible cause analysis:
▶▶ Intermediate relay contact burned.
▶▶ Stop button fault.
