400-088-0573Concrete pump truck operation error may lead to pipe blocking reasons:
First, the operator is distracted in the actual operation. As a transport pump operator, in the pumping construction process must focus on the timely understanding of the pumping pressure gauge reading, if the pressure gauge reading rises rapidly, need to pump back two or three strokes in time, and then pump, so that you can eliminate the blocked pipe.
Second, the choice of pumping speed is not reasonable. In the pumping process, it is necessary to reasonably choose the speed (that is, the pumping displacement), the operator can not just pay attention to speed, sometimes fast speed is not a good thing. When pumping for the first time, because the pipe resistance is quite large, in this case, it must be pumped at a low speed, and after ensuring that the pumping is not abnormal, the pumping speed can be adjusted appropriately. If there are signs of pipe blocking or a concrete slump is small, it must be pumped at a low speed to avoid pipe blocking.
Third, the control of surplus material is not scientific. In the pumping process, the operator needs to carefully observe the remaining material in the hopper, the remaining material must be higher than the 2 mixing shaft, if the remaining material is too little, it is likely to inhale air, causing tube blocking. And the material in the hopper can not be piled up too much, it must be lower than the protective fence, and then convenient to quickly clean up the large aggregate and coarse aggregate on the protective fence.
Fourth, when the concrete slump is small, the pump operator needs to make an accurate judgment, in the case of not meeting the normal pumping, the need to immediately discharge the concrete from the bottom of the hopper, if you want to save trouble, mandatory pumping, it is likely to lead to tube blocking. Do not add water to the hopper for mixing.
Fifth, downtime deviation. In the shutdown, it is necessary to turn on the pump every five minutes to ten minutes, but the specific time must be determined by combining the temperature of the day and the concrete slump and other factors to avoid blocking the pipe. For some concrete that has been completely set and has a long downtime, it is necessary to stop pumping.
Sixth, there are debris or concrete residue in the pipeline. After the end of the last pumping, the pipeline was not carefully cleaned and inspected in time, and there were hard concrete residues in the pipeline (or someone deliberately put wood, steel and other debris into the pipeline), which would lead to blocked pipes in the next pumping process. Therefore, as long as the pumping is over, it is necessary to carefully clean the pipeline according to the various operating steps to avoid debris in the pipeline.
